Jonas was born in Paris and lived in Poitiers. He lives and works in Paris
Francois was born in Chartres and lived in Angers and Poitiers. He lives and works in Paris.

We all know you from your brilliant video for Justice's D.A.N.C.E. Can we talk about that, please? How does it feel to have created such a talked about video?

First of all, it makes us real happy, all this buzz about this video was unexpected. What is really cool about it is that during all the screenings, there are as many people interested by the group Justice as people interested by the video itself. It reunites people who likes or who don’t like Justice’s sound. It’s rather strange.

It also feels good to our egos, ha ha!

 

How did you come up with the concept?
Our first collaboration with Ed Banger was a teaser we had to make for a mix called Ed Rec Vol.2. The film we made mixed all the albums of the label in animation, we filmed everything camera in hand and in a quite shaky way. Like the teaser, the idea of D.A.N.C.E was to compose with the So Me’s visuals and still keep the feeling of easiness, as if every thing was normal, as if the t-shirts were actually animated the day we shot them…!
